Every project I undertake follows the same structured yet creative workflow. It begins with a clear vision of the story’s architecture. I first map out the major plot beats—the key turning points, emotional arcs, and structural milestones that form the backbone of the narrative. My AI writing partner provides thoughtful feedback and alternative suggestions, helping refine and strengthen the foundation before we move forward.
Once the high-level framework is established, we break the story into manageable segments: chapters, scenes, and focused sections. This modular approach allows for precision and prevents the overwhelm that can come with tackling an entire manuscript at once.
For each section, I provide the specific narrative beats—what must occur, where the scene begins and ends, and what transpires in between. In many cases, I also supply exact dialogue or key phrasing I want preserved. My writing partner then transforms these instructions into polished prose, maintaining my voice while enhancing rhythm, sensory detail, and emotional depth. We iterate together until the section feels complete and aligned with the overall vision. Once we’re satisfied, we lock the section.
Locked sections are then sent to a team of proofreaders—ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude—for an additional layer of review. Their feedback helps identify any lingering issues in clarity, flow, or consistency. We incorporate their insights through one final revision pass when necessary.
Step by step, section by section, the master manuscript takes shape. This deliberate, iterative process allows me to maintain full creative control while benefiting from structured collaboration.
